WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE 

EMCS Industries Ltd manufactures antifouling solutions that provide exceptional protection from marine fouling and corrosion. EMCS prides itself on being a marine industry manufacturing leader and serving the truly world-class customers who rely on our MARELCO™ and NOXX HYD™ anti-fouling systems to keep their fleets corrosion and fouling free. 

The Candidate will be eligible for the WorkBC Wage Subsidy Program (please refer to your local WorkBC office for eligibility)

Reporting to the Logistics Manager the successful candidate will carry out the following responsibilities:

  • Select products and materials; package and prepare for shipping; place in the delivery area; according to assigned work orders 
  • Receive incoming freight and materials 
  • Experience working with tools/machines is beneficial 
  • Keep up to date and accurate records and documentation 
  • Take ownership of their work and their workspace 
  • Maintain a strong awareness of the importance of health and safety guidelines 
  • Take pride in maintaining a safeclean, and organized warehouse environment 
  • Any other activities as determined by supervisor/manager

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: 

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent 
  • Some computer knowledge with a basic understanding of Microsoft Office 
  • 1 or more years of warehouse experience  
  • Clean Driving License 
  • Forklift Certification or willing to take one within 90 days of job entry date 
  • Eligible for the WorkBC Wage Subsidy Program

Days:  5 

Hours: 8:30am to 4:30pm. (1/2 Hour for Lunch) 

Hourly Wage: $18-$20
